About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator (Software Development) to join our Engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the CTO, software developers, QA teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of software development projects. Your primary focus will be on project coordination,



process adherence, reporting, and maintaining project visibility. This role does not involve direct software development but is essential in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Delivery Coordinator, PMO Coordinator, or similar role within a technology or software development environment.
- Proven experience in coordinating software development or technology teams.
- Familiarity with ticket management or project management systems; experience with proprietary or in-house systems is adv
