Biological E Limited is hiring for SCM - Procurement Role (Engineering, CAPEX & Projects) for our Biologics Division with experience of 5 - 10 Years for Shamirpet, Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement (Domestic & Import) of Engineering, CAPEX, project materials, MRO supplies & services, AMCs, and IT-related requirements.

Execute the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, including RFx, technical approvals, commercial comparisons, negotiations, Purchase Order (PO) release, and delivery & payment tracking.

Negotiate and award infrastructure contracts for Civil, Electrical, HVAC, CRP, Water Systems, BMS, EMS, Interior Works, and Laboratory Furniture.

Procure MRO supplies & services for vaccine manufacturing plants and establish long-term supplier agreements (ARCs) for regular purchase items and OEM spares.

Source manufacturing machinery, process equipment, utilities, and R&D;/QC instruments to support operational requirements.

Collaborate with Engineering, Projects, R&D;, QC, IT, Admin,



and other stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely execution.

Coordinate import procurement activities, including import documentation, EPCG licenses, and DSIR requirements, with the Commercial team.

Liaise with the Finance/Accounts team to ensure timely processing and release of supplier payments.

Identify, evaluate, develop, and onboard recent suppliers to strengthen the vendor base.

Generate and maintain procurement MIS reports to monitor pending PRs, deliveries, payments, and procurement performance.

Conduct e-auctions for high-value procurement packages to drive cost-effective sourcing.

Release Purchase Orders (POs) through SAP after obtaining all necessary approvals.
