As we continue to expand our digital presence, we are looking for a creative and results-driven SEO & SMO Specialist to strengthen our online visibility, grow our social media presence, and generate meaningful engagement with healthcare and disability service providers across Australia.

About the Role

The SEO & SMO Specialist will be responsible for improving Medinex's organic search visibility and managing our presence across key social media platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how SEO, content, and social media work together to build brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research relevant to the NDIS, aged care, healthcare, and SaaS industries.
- Optimise website pages, landing pages, blogs, meta titles, and meta descriptions.




- Create SEO-optimised blog topics and content strategies.
- Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance.
- Identify technical and content-related SEO improvement opportunities.
- Manage Medinex's social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Develop and maintain a structured social media content calendar.
- Create engaging captions, posts, campaigns, and content ideas.
- Improve organic social media reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and trending content opportunities.
- Repurpose blogs and website content into engaging social media content.
- Support lead-generation campaigns through organic digital marketing strategies.
- Track and report SEO and social media performance.
- Collaborate with the Medinex team on product launches, feature promotions, and marketing campaigns.
