Role

As the Team Manager you will be part of the Assembly department and will report to the Section Head - Assembly.

The purpose of your role will be to handle operations in assembly section.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Ensure appropriate stage allocation of team members at all stages for smooth production in all groups at assembly lines by proper line balancing in all models(new & old)

2. Ensure to rollout of ok vehicle quantity from frame assembly lines in all groups to meet the customer demand in market as well as OLE, Productivity, SMM

3. Ensure the quality parameters in vehicle, in assembly process among all groups

4. Ensure awareness sessions & training for team members so as to have healthy work culture at shop floor by injury elimination in all groups

5.



Ensure and maintain IR harmony at shop floor in all shifts for healthy work culture

A Day in the life

To plan, coordinate and execute the activities in order to keep the operations run smoothly and achieve the daily business targets.

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 2-6 Years of Work Experience

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 8-13 Years of Work Exp.

Technical Skills/Knowledge

1. MS Office, SAP & PPT

2. 5S, TPM, SPC & TPS

3. Understanding of organizational context, policies, needs and expectation of all interested parties.

4. Understanding of benchmarking process.

5. Formulation of action plan for mitigating risk related to IMS & EnMS

6. Energy Baseline

7. Variables affecting energy performance

8. Preparing Audit Plan

Behavioural Skills

1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

2. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

3. Solid supervisory and leadership skil
