Role Description
The Senior Python Trainer will deliver high-quality, in-person training sessions in Python programming, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity applications and scripting for real-world scenarios. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for designing course materials, creating lab exercises, and updating content to align with current industry practices and Offenso’s core programs.



Day-to-day activities include teaching batches of learners, mentoring students on projects and internships, conducting assessments, and providing individualized feedback to support skill development. The Senior Python Trainer will collaborate with the academic and technical teams to integrate Python into offensive and defensive security modules, participate in workshops and CTFs, and contribute to continuous improvement of the training methodology.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 4 Years experience in python training
- Strong proficiency in Python programming, including scripting, automation, and working with libraries commonly used in cybersecurity and networking.
- Experience designing and delivering technical training or workshops, with skills in curriculum development, instructional design, and classroom facilitation.
