Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role based in Pune City. The Site Engineer will oversee the installation and commissioning of solar systems, including solar water heaters, lighting systems, power plants, street lights, and water pumps at customer locations. Responsibilities include supervising on-site work,



coordinating with project teams and clients, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and monitoring quality and safety standards. The role also involves inspecting completed installations, troubleshooting technical issues, preparing site reports, and supporting project planning and documentation to ensure timely and productive project delivery.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills and experience managing field activities.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess quality control skills, with the ability to ensure compliance with technical standards and safety norms.
- Candidates should possess structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge relevant to solar installations and mounting structures.
