Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Sales and Marketing cum Operation Manager. The role involves driving business growth by generating leads, managing client relationships, and promoting security and facility management services through targeted sales and marketing activities. The manager will plan and execute marketing campaigns, monitor performance, and use analytics to refine strategies. Daily responsibilities include overseeing operations delivery,



coordinating with internal teams and field staff, ensuring service quality and compliance with client requirements, and resolving operational issues promptly. The role also includes preparing reports, forecasting sales, supporting contract negotiations, and aligning sales, marketing, and operations processes for productive execution.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Marketing Operations and Operations Management to coordinate end-to-end service delivery and business development activities.
