Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the companys accounting, taxation, GST compliance, financial reporting, and statutory processes. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, tax audits, and overall accounting operations, along with the ability to coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete accounting operations and financial records of the company.
- Handle Sales GST, GST filing, GST reconciliation, and GST compliance activities.
- Prepare and respond to GST notices and coordinate with consultants/authorities when required.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, return filing, and compliance.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
- Maintain accurate accounting entries and bookkeeping in Tally Prime.




- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for statutory compliance and financial audits.
- Handle tax audits, financial statements, and related documentation.
- Ensure timely filing of returns and statutory compliance as per government regulations.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial reports, and monthly accounting summaries.
- Monitor accounting procedures and improve internal financial controls.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to taxation and accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Accounts, Taxation, GST, TDS, and Audit procedures.
- Hands-on experience in Tally Prime.
- Knowledge of GST filing, tax audit, and statutory compliance.
- Ability to handle GST notices and compliance matters independently.
- Positive understanding of financial reporting and accounting standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
