What you'll do

• Own the sales and distribution strategy for the East region, setting the plan to hit revenue and market-share targets.

• Build and lead a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives — hire, coach, and manage performance.

• Track PPE market size, segmentation, and competitor activity to spot where Tarapro should be pushing.

• Manage key accounts directly and lead negotiations on the deals that matter.

• Identify and onboard recent channel partners and distributors across the region.





• Work with product, costing, and production teams so field strategy and company capability stay aligned.

• Represent Tarapro at industry events and with key institutional buyers.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years in B2B/industrial sales, with at least 3 years leading a sales team.

• PPE, safety equipment, or related industrial/technical product experience strongly preferred — but a strong leader from an adjacent B2B industrial category will be considered.

• Track record of building or scaling a distributor/channel network, not just managing an inherited one.

• Comfortable with sales analytics, forecasting, and CRM-driven reporting.

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus but not mandatory.

• Willing to travel extensively across the assigned region.
