We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee our accounting operations, banking activities, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, banking transactions, and excellent proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel and software Knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Handle Purchase and Payment entries.
- Process vendor payments and maintain payment records.
- Manage client advance payments and advance receipts.
- Perform bank statement reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Handle NEFT, RTGS, Cheque, and other banking transactions.
- Prepare and verify bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Finalize books of accounts and prepare financial statements.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable (Debtors) and Accounts Payable (Creditors).
- Prepare monthly MIS Reports, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and statutory authorities.




- Verify invoices, expenses, and payment documents.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Positive understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
- Experience in Bank Reconciliation and Statement Reconciliation.
- Knowledge of online banking, NEFT, RTGS, Cheque processing, and payment management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (Preferred)
- 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in the Transport or Logistics industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
