Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Finance Controller with extensive experience in financial reporting, FP&A;, audit, and taxation. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Ind AS and Indian GAAP, along with the ability to manage global financial operations, lead teams, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Lead preparation and consolidation of financial statements in accordance with Ind AS and Indian GAAP
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Monitor and implement recent accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Oversee XBRL filings, statutory compliance, and regulatory reporting
- Perform variance analysis (Budget vs Actuals) and provide actionable insights
- Develop MIS reports for senior leadership to support strategic decisions
- Build scenario analysis models for business planning
Taxation & Regulatory Compliance
- Oversee GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Transfer Pricing compliance
- Coordinate tax audits and ensure accurate statutory filings
- Collaborate with external consultants and authorities on tax matters
Audit & Internal Controls
- Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and IFC (Internal Financial Controls) testing
- Liaise with auditors and ensure timely resolution of audit queries
- Strengthen internal control frameworks and ensure compliance
