EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of relevant IT experience in Manual Testing, Automation Testing (Selenium), Snowflake, ETL Informatica, Java, SQL

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Robust experience in manual testing and Selenium automation (Java) frameworks.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience validating data in Snowflake.
- Experience testing Informatica PowerExchange, PowerCenter and/or IDMC ETL pipelines and understanding ETL concepts (joins, lookups, aggregations, incremental loads).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and tools such as Jira/Confluence.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have
- API testing/automation (Postman, RestAssured) and JSON/XML validation
- Python/Shell scripting for automated data comparisons and report generation
- CI/CD integration for automated tests (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions) and Git workflows
- Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and understanding of storage/access basics
- Data quality tools (ICEDQ, Great Expectations) and monitoring/log tools (Splunk/ELK)
- Domain knowledge in US Healthcare
