Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Community Executive to build and strengthen our online and offline communities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, managing social media interactions, organizing community activities, and creating a positive brand experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies.
- Manage and moderate social media platforms, online forums, and community groups.
- Respond to customer queries, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Plan and coordinate online and offline community events and engagement activities.
- Work closely with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to improve brand visibility.
- Monitor community feedback, sentiment, and engagement metrics.
- Prepare periodic reports with insights and recommendations.
- Identify and nurture brand advocates and community ambassadors.




- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and community management best practices.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Hands-on knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to increase audience engagement.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, content creation, or video editing is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 02 years of experience in Community Management, Customer Engagement, Social Media, Marketing, or related fields.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and presentation skills are encouraged to apply.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-centric approach.
- Preferred female candidates.
