Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Python AI/ML + React.js Developer to join our growing engineering team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in developing scalable backend applications using Python, building AI/ML solutions, and creating responsive front-end applications using React.js. The candidate should be comfortable working in a rapid-paced Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python and React.js.
- Build and deploy Machine Learning and AI solutions for real-world business use cases.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.
- Implement AI/ML models using modern frameworks and optimize model performance.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
- Integrate AI models with web applications.




- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and production support.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Required Skills

Backend
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- REST API development and microservices architecture
- SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL)

AI/ML
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning concepts
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, LangChain, RAG, OpenAI APIs, or Hugging Face
- Model training, deployment, and optimization
- Prompt Engineering experience is an added advantage

Frontend
- Strong experience in React.js
- JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
- HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Materia
