Role Description
The Assistant Store Manager (QSR) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, shift planning, and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. The Assistant Store Manager helps ensure fast and friendly customer service, monitors order accuracy, and resolves customer concerns in a skilled manner. Responsibilities include managing cash handling procedures, supporting inventory control, reducing avoidable losses,



and maintaining store cleanliness and visual standards. The role also involves training and coaching team members, monitoring performance, and assisting with local marketing initiatives and sales-building activities.

- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Store Management skills to oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and adherence to QSR standards.
