As a Senior SDET in the Product Engineering team at Cyara,



you will play a dual role of hands-on technical contributor and quality leader. In addition to designing and implementing robust automated testing solutions, you will lead and mentor SDETs/QA engineers, driving quality strategy, best practices, and continuous improvement across teams.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and DevOps to define, implement, and scale quality engineering practices, ensuring high-quality product delivery aligned with business goals.

Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:
Technical & Quality Engineering
- Work with SDETs/QA engineers within Scrum teams to define and expand quality practices
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and tools
- Drive various testing types including integration, functional, E2E, performance, and more
- Build scalable test infrastructure and enforce CI/CD quality gates
- Perform root cause analysis and ensure long-term fix
