Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and user-focused
UI/UX Designer
to enhance the usability and experience of our product. This role involves designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and improving overall product experience by working closely with product, engineering, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Design clean, intuitive, and user-centric UI for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Knowledge and Usage of design system, Figma variables
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experience.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into design solutions.
- Ensure consistency in design systems, components, and branding.




- Optimize existing UI/UX based on user feedback and data insights.
- Work on improving overall user journey and product usability.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.

Tools & Technologies
- Design Tools:
Figma, Canva
- Basic understanding of
HTML, CSS
(preferred).

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking.
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
- Solid attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working on SaaS products or dashboards.
- Familiarity with CRM or B2B tools is a plus.
- Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment.
