We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Senior Territory Sales Manager/ Senior Sales Manager/ Sales Manager/ Investment Manager/ Portfolio Manager/ Area Manager – Real Estate to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strategy development, and exceeding sales targets. This role requires expertise in market analysis, client relationship management, and team development, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth. In addition we are also exploring Individual contributors with minimum 6months work experience to be part of this massive Unicorn Organisation.

Responsibilities
- Team Management & Development

Oversee and mentor a team of sales agents, providing guidance and performance-driven coaching.

Conduct training programmes to enhance the sales capabilities of team members.

Foster a high-performance culture that encourages motivation, accountability, and success.
- Sales Strategy & Execution





Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and revenue goals.

Identify recent market opportunities and devise action plans to capitalize on them.

Monitor sales activities, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance.
- Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.

Ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience throughout the sales process.

Address client enquiries and concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis & Lead Generation

Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and clients through regular interactions (in person, by phone, and by email).

Conduct Cold calling, Client meetings, and presentations to generate new business.
