About the Role

We are looking for a Finance and Accounts Executive to own day-to-day financial operations and support financial planning. You will work directly with the founding team, managing everything from books and reconciliations to runway modelling and grant applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and perform monthly account reconciliations
- Prepare and monitor budgets, track actuals against plan and flag variances
- Build and maintain cash flow and runway models; provide monthly burn rate and runway updates to founders
- Identify relevant government schemes, startup grants, and funding programmes
- Submit grant applications
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and vendor payments

Required Qualifications
- B.Com or MBA (Finance)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts management or a finance role
- Proficiency in MS Excel




- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Familiarity with financial modelling budgets, forecasts, scenario planning
- Clear written and verbal communication for coordinating with external agencies
