Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage daily computer operations, maintain accurate records, perform data entry tasks, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, typing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records.
- Prepare, update, and manage reports using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Handle documentation, filing, scanning, and printing of office records.
- Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Manage emails and basic online communication.
- Monitor computer systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting.
- Perform internet research and online data management when required.




- Assist with office administration and operational tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream).
- Fresher or 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good typing speed in English (knowledge of Hindi typing is an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of internet browsing and email handling.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM software is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
