- Lead the overall operations of the academy and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Achieve monthly and annual admission and revenue targets.
- Manage student counselling, admissions, and conversion of enquiries into enrollments.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, and local partners to generate admissions.
- Plan and execute marketing activities, seminars, career guidance sessions, and promotional events.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the center team.
- Monitor student experience and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with trainers to ensure timely delivery of classes and maintain academic quality.
- Prepare MIS reports, admission reports, and business performance reports for management.
- Handle center administration, vendor coordination, and compliance with company policies.
- Develop placement opportunities by maintaining relationships with airlines, airports, and hospitality organizations wherever applicable.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
