As an ERP analyst/Senior analyst, you will be responsible mainly for managing ERP application systems support and projects, Co-ordination of application development/support and providing trainings and support for users as and when required will be part of your job scope.
This individual will work closely with the regional and global ERP Manager as well as other application teams involved, based on project requirements.
This individual will primarily support Amphenol Kochi sites but can be periodically assigned to work on other Amphenol group projects globally or regionally as and when required
This individual will also need to provide basic support on other IS application requirements of the site.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED:
· Project related activities:
· Support rollout of Global projects
· Ensure completion according to business requirements, priority and global IS standards
· Conduct technical reviews and walk-through of IT design documentation with design team members.
· Perform analysis, feasibility study,
and involve in developing applications.
· Manage and lead small business processes and solution related projects.
· Support activities
· Ensure required support for ERP and other application systems to end user
· Ensure effective local QAD ERP Support
· Ensure basic administrative support for IT needs
· Business relations:
· Work effectively with users to understand business requirements and provide effective solutions
· Define business systems requirements jointly working with management and skilled staff in the organization.
· Work effectively with Helpdesk and support team
· Responsible for application of Amphenol IS standards
EDUCATION (Qualifications obtained in the course of formal education and/or training)
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
