About the Role

Shadowfax is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Hub Incharge to support the daily operations of the hub. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in last-mile logistics, hub operations, inventory management, and fleet management. The role requires ensuring smooth operational execution, maintaining service levels, and coordinating with riders and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day hub operations to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
- Monitor and coordinate last-mile delivery operations to achieve operational KPIs.
- Manage hub inventory, including inward and outward movement of shipments and stock reconciliation.
- Support fleet management activities, including vehicle allocation, utilization, tracking, and maintenance coordination.
- Coordinate rider onboarding, attendance, shift planning, and performance monitoring.




- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments while maintaining SLA compliance.
- Resolve operational issues related to riders, deliveries, and hub processes.
- Maintain accurate operational records and prepare daily MIS reports.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 14 years of experience in Last Mile Logistics, Hub Operations, Inventory Management, or Fleet Management.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Experience in inventory tracking, stock management, and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of fleet utilization and vehicle management.
- Positive communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
