Our design team plays a critical role in communicating complex medical information through clear, engaging, and visually compelling content.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Communication Designer who can create high-quality visual communication across digital and print media while maintaining a consistent brand identity.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for typography, layout, color, and storytelling, and enjoys designing everything from social media campaigns to professional business documents.

Key Responsibilities

* Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, and social media creatives.

* Create brochures, flyers,



standees, banners, and marketing collateral.

* Design official company documents, presentations, reports, proposals, and patient-facing materials.

* Develop festival creatives, awareness campaigns, healthcare observance creatives, and event branding.

* Create infographics to simplify complex medical concepts.

* Maintain consistency with Shinon’s visual identity across all communication.

* Work closely with the marketing, content, and international business teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.

* Prepare print-ready and digital-ready artwork.

* Organize design files and maintain a structured design library.

* Ensure timely delivery while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
