What You ‘ll Do
You will join our high-performance Data & AI team and play a key role in developing advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and accelerate digital transformation across the enterprise.
- Collect, clean, transform, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple business and technology sources.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.
- Develop data-driven insights and recommendations that support strategic business decisions.
- Perform statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, root cause analysis, and predictive analytics.
- Design, develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models for real-world business use cases.
- Build predictive, classification, regression, clustering, recommendation, and forecasting models.
- Evaluate model performance using appropriate statistical metrics and optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
- Research, prototype,



and implement emerging AI and Machine Learning techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Develop feature engineering pipelines, data transformation workflows, and reusable machine learning datasets.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for analytics and AI applications.
- Work with large enterprise datasets using SQL, cloud platforms, and modern data engineering frameworks.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and documentation across analytical workflows.
- Develop interactive dashboards, executive reports, and business intelligence solutions using up-to-date visualization tools.
- Present analytical findings, business insights, and AI recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Business Leaders to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
