Job Title: General Manager – Sales

Location: Thiruvananthapuram

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven General Manager – Sales to lead revenue generation, admissions, business expansion, and sales operations across locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive monthly and annual revenue and admission targets.
- Lead, train, and manage sales teams.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for business growth.
- Monitor lead conversion, CRM performance, and sales reports.
- Support branch expansion and business development initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maximize performance.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
- Proven track record in achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, and Kannada.
- Willingness to relocate to other states and travel frequently as required.

Salary: Best in the Industry + Performance-Based Incentives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
