We're looking for a curious, analytical, and tech-savvy Business Analyst Intern to help drive business decisions through data.

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

1. Shopify Data Analysis

Analyze Shopify store data, including sales performance, customer behavior, product performance, and conversion trends.

Monitor key e-commerce metrics such as revenue, Average Order Value (AOV), conversion rate, repeat purchase rate, and customer lifetime value.

Identify customer buying patterns, product trends, and opportunities to improve sales performance.

Prepare actionable insights to support business growth.

2. Meta Ads Performance Analysis

Monitor and evaluate Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising performance.

Analyze campaign metrics including ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and conversion performance.





Identify audience insights and recommend campaign optimization opportunities.

Work closely with the marketing team to improve advertising effectiveness through data-driven recommendations.

3. AI Tools & API Support

Utilize AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and other productivity platforms for data analysis, reporting, workflow automation, and API-related tasks.

Support integration of APIs and automation workflows to streamline business operations.

Assist in building efficient reporting systems using AI-assisted tools.

Explore recent AI solutions that improve operational efficiency and business intelligence.

4. Reporting & Business Insights

Develop daily, weekly, and monthly business reports and dashboards.

Present key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales, marketing, inventory, and operations.

Translate complex data into meaningful business insights for management.
