About the Role

Let's Brand You, the digital agency arm of Akaame Export Private Limited, is looking for a Social Media Manager to own social media strategy and execution for a portfolio of client brands. The ideal candidate is technically fluent across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok, and is skilled at using AI tools to generate images and videos for content production at speed and scale across multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end social media strategy and execution for multiple client accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Plan and produce content calendars per client, tailoring format and tone to each brand's voice, audience, and each platform's algorithm.
- Generate AI-created images and videos for posts, reels,



and ads using AI tools; maintain visual and brand consistency across all AI-generated content for each client.
- Manage day-to-day publishing, scheduling, community engagement, and comment/DM response across all client handles.
- Run and optimize organic growth initiatives; support paid social campaigns in coordination with the agency's performance marketing function.
- Track platform-specific analytics (reach, engagement, follower growth, video completion rates) per client and prepare regular client-facing performance reports.
- Stay current on each platform's algorithm changes, new features (e.g., Reels, Stories, Pins, TikTok trends), and best practices, and apply learnings across accounts.
- Collaborate with account managers, designers, and the performance marketing team to align social content with each client's broader marketing goals.
