Key Responsibilities
- Support leadership in managing and driving all open projects across Production, Warehousing, Inventory Management, Logistics, Data, AI, and CRM
- Track project progress, take follow-ups, and ensure timely execution
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify blockers and enable resolution
- Identify process gaps and initiate/lead process improvement efforts
- Prepare and present project progress reports to leadership across all workstreams
- Use data and analytics to support decision-making and surface insights

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in project management (PMO/Project Manager) within an operations environment, preferably in Manufacturing or 3PL




- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Solid data and analytics skills with a data-driven approach to decisions
- Ability to identify process gaps and lead improvements
- Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working across multiple domains and adapting to shifting priorities
- Good Hands-on Excel, Dasboarding (Power BI), and data analytics through SQL

Education
- B.Tech/B.E. from a Tier 1 engineering college, or MBA from a Tier 1 institute (preferable)
