We are looking for an experienced Associate Director Finance & Accounting Service Delivery to lead large-scale Finance & Accounting operations supporting US clients. The ideal candidate should be a CA Qualified professional with mandatory experience in BlackLine, strong operational leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in managing large F&A; delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end Finance & Accounting service delivery for global/US clients.
- Manage large teams and ensure achievement of SLAs, KPIs, quality, productivity, and operational excellence.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead transitions, knowledge transfer, and stabilization of new engagements.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and operational planning.
- Manage operational risks, compliance, governance, and service reviews.
- Mentor and develop teams while driving employee engagement and performance.




- Support business growth initiatives and participate in client discussions.

Mandatory Skills
- CA Qualified (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with BlackLine (Mandatory)
- 12+ years of Finance & Accounting Operations experience.
- 8+ years of leadership experience managing large F&A; teams.
- Strong Service Delivery and Operations Management experience.
- Expertise in Reconciliation, Financial Controls, Record to Report (R2R), and Accounting Operations.
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
- Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Operational Planning.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills
- Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domain experience.
- Shared Services, Global Capability Center (GCC), or Global Business Services (GBS) background.
- Audit and Risk Management exposure.
- Experience in process improvement and operational transformation.
