Role Description

Conceptual Design:

Develop initial design concepts, site planning, master layouts, and 3D visualizations. Create presentation drawings and walk clients/stakeholders through design intent for large government projects.

Technical Drawings - GA & GFC:

Prepare detailed General Arrangement Drawings and Good For Construction Drawings. Ensure all architectural details, dimensions, levels, and annotations are complete and coordination-ready for execution.

DPR Preparation

Lead and support Detailed Project Report creation. This includes design basis report, drawings, BOQ, cost estimates, and specifications as per CPWD, NBC, and other government guidelines.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

Act as the design SPOC.



Coordinate with government departments, consultants, and PMC for design reviews, approvals, presentations, and incorporation of feedback.

Standards & Compliance

Ensure all designs meet NBC, CPWD, MoHUA, and local authority codes. Handle scrutiny comments and make revisions for statutory approvals.

Site Support

Visit sites as needed to provide design clarifications, resolve in office issues, and ensure execution matches approved drawings. Attend site meetings and support PMC/contractors.
