CRM Manager

Location: Pitampura, Delhi

Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹100,000 per month (Negotiable)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to oversee customer relationship management, sales operations, dealer coordination, dispatch planning, and order management. The ideal candidate should have experience in the FMCG, Edible Oil, or Food Manufacturing industry and be capable of coordinating with sales, production, logistics, accounts, and customers to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage dealer and customer relationships while ensuring high service standards.
- Coordinate daily order booking, order confirmation, and dispatch planning.
- Monitor pending orders and ensure timely dispatch of trucks and tankers.
- Follow up with customers regarding dispatch status, deliveries, and payment collections.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Verify stock availability,



customer credit limits, and payment status before confirming orders.
- Monitor customer activity, identify inactive accounts, and support customer retention initiatives.
- Track pending orders, dispatch reports, and customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
- Update product pricing and communicate changes to customers and the sales team.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and sales performance reports.
- Monitor KPIs related to customer service, dispatch timelines, payment collections, and dealer performance.
- Maintain accurate customer records using ERP/CRM systems.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for outstanding payments and credit control.
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills
- 8-20 years of experience in CRM, Sales Operations, Customer Service, or Commercial Operations.
- Experience in FMCG, Edib
