Role Description
The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes to support the growth of Nutri Docs’ team. This full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.



The HR Recruiter will maintain talent pipelines, manage job postings, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with department leads to understand role requirements, updating recruitment metrics, and supporting onboarding activities for new hires. The role also involves strengthening employer branding and contributing to HR best practices that align with Nutri Docs’ mission and values.

Qualifications
