About the Role: Python Backend Developer

We are seeking a Python Backend Developer with 3 - 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in FastAPI, Flask, and RESTful API development, along with hands-on experience in AWS cloud services, Docker-based containerization, and CI/CD implementation. The role requires a proactive professional with a solid understanding of backend architecture, deployment automation, and production support.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python, FastAPI, and Flask.
- Build and integrate secure, high-performance RESTful APIs.
- Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS infrastructure.
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployment workflows.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and AWS Code Pipeline.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security in production environments.
- Perform database design, development,



and optimization using PostgreSQL and SQL.
- Automate business processes and support data analysis initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct API testing, troubleshooting, and performance validation using Postman.
