About the Role

We are looking for a vibrant and customer-oriented Service Associate to join our team. You will be the face of our cafe, delivering exceptional guest experiences, serving high-quality beverages and maintaining a welcoming cafe setting. The ideal candidate should be organized and have the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer menu questions, take orders accurately, and process payments. Serving beverages and food : Serve food and a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to cafe standards. Cafe Maintenance: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation of the cafe environment as part of delivering exceptional guest experience. Inventory & Prep: Assist in restocking supplies and rotating inventory. Feedback Handling:



Communicate customer feedback and suggestions to management to help improve service and menu offerings.

Desired Skills

Prior experience as an Service Associate or in a Customer Service role is highly preferred. Basic English communication skills. Flexibility to work on weekends and early mornings. Ability to multitask and work under headlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate or 10+2 in any discipline. Experience with customer service. Freshers may also apply.
