Duties & Responsibilities:
- Progressive leadership experience in Real Estate Management and Integrated Facility Management.
- Proven experience with leading IPCs and reputed real estate developers.
- Demonstrated success in managing large, geographically dispersed portfolios across residential, commercial, industrial, retail, and mixed-use developments.
- Experience establishing and scaling new business verticals, operational frameworks, and governance models.
- Successful delivery of transition and mobilization projects, including developer handovers, due diligence, snagging, and operational readiness.
- End-to-end ownership of P&L;, commercial performance, budgeting, CAM, vendor strategy, and financial governance.
- Solid track record in digital transformation, including CAFM, CRM, analytics, business intelligence, and technology-enabled operations.
- Recognized for building high-performing teams, driving customer experience, and delivering measurable operational improvements.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within facility or property management organizations.
