Roles and responsibilities:
*Prepared the QAP (Quality Assurances Plan).
* Estimate and Prepared list of material required for job as per drawing.
*Inspect the Inward Material (Plates, Pipes, Tubes, Flange, and Fittings) against MTC as per code, Standard and
Specifications.
* Carrying out work as per QAP, WPS & Final Revised drawing for production.
* Visual inspection of Welding and Fit up.
* Conduct NDT for Inspection-DPT & RT.
*Stage wise Inspection of the Project under production & prepare report for the same.
*Dealing with Third party Inspectors (Agencies like-TUV, LRQA, EEE ) for the purpose of inspection and
Documentation work .(Sample Witness, Inspection released note etc)
*Knowledge of vernier caliper
