We are a web hosting company looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to find relevant projects, prepare and submit winning proposals, and generate new business opportunities through Upwork.

Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant web hosting, IT, and digital service projects on Upwork.
- Submit customized and professional proposals.
- Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal team to prepare project proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
- Track bids, responses, and conversion rates.

Key Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in Upwork bidding or freelancing platforms.
- Experience in web hosting, IT, SaaS, or digital services is preferred.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of Upwork and proposal writing.
- Ability to identify potential clients and generate leads.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
