Job Summary

The Activity Incharge is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and overseeing co-curricular and extracurricular activities that promote students' holistic development. The role involves creating engaging programs, managing events, encouraging student participation, and ensuring the smooth execution of school activities while maintaining discipline and safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the annual co-curricular and extracurricular activity calendar.
- Organize school events, competitions, celebrations, assemblies, exhibitions, cultural programs, and special occasions.
- Coordinate inter-house, inter-school, and community engagement activities.
- Collaborate with teachers, department heads, and school leadership to ensure successful event planning and execution.
- Encourage maximum student participation and identify opportunities to nurturetalent.
- Supervise clubs and student activity groups, ensuring regular engagement and effective functioning.
- Manage budgets, resources, equipment,



and materials required for activities andevents.
- Ensure all activities comply with school policies, health, safety, and child protection guidelines.
- Coordinate logistics, venue arrangements, scheduling, permissions, and eventdocumentation.
- Maintain records of activities, student participation, achievements, and eventreports.
- Support students in preparing for competitions at school, district, state, and nationallevels.
- Promote teamwork, leadership, creativity, communication, and life skills through student activities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and recommend improvements.
- Assist in promoting school events through newsletters, social media, and schoolcommunications.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the Principal or School Management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
