Voice & Chat Support Experience
Excellent English Communication (Read, Write & Speak)
Fluent in Hindi (Speak)
Proficiency in any one of the following regional languages:
Tamil/ Kannada/ Telugu/ Marathi

Excellent customer handling and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment
Comfortable working rotational shifts and week offs
