Role Description
The Social Media Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Purnia, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for managing the company’s presence across social media platforms, including planning and posting content, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.

It is important to understand how rural social media works as the primary target audience will be the farmers in the state of Bihar. Also, prior experience in running social media campaigns is a must.

The Social Media Executive will track performance metrics, support campaign execution,



and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Daily tasks include creating basic visual and written content, staying updated on social media trends, and suggesting new ideas to improve reach and engagement.

- Candidates should possess skills in social media platform management (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and basic content creation.
