Job Title: Production Engineer
Position Type: On Contract (On CIEL HR Payroll) based on performance renewable
Location: Halol, Gujarat
Experience: 1 to 2 Years in relevant field
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering / B.E or BTech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and execute daily production activities to achieve planned production targets.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Maintain product quality by adhering to company quality standards and operating procedures.
- Implement and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during production.
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation accurately.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (EHS) guidelines.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Stores departments for smooth production flow.
