About the Academy of digital Health Sciences

The Academy of Digital Health Sciences (ADHS) is the education arm of Digital Health Associates — a global organization leading healthcare's digital transformation. We offer world-class, self-paced qualified courses in digital health through our online learning platform (digitalhealth.ac.in), with prestigious partnerships including IIM Raipur, the Indian Nursing Council, CPD Standards Office UK, and Global Health Connect.

Our programmes serve doctors, nurses, pharmacists, hospital CEOs, and healthcare professionals worldwide with specialized tracks for nurses, pharmacists, and hospital founders.

Our faculty includes leaders from Mayo Clinic Platform, Google, AIIMS, WellDoc, eSanjeevani, Cloudphysician, Aravind Eye Care, P.D. Hinduja Hospital, and Dozee — the people who actually built and shaped digital health globally.

We are now scaling our platform and need someone who lives and breathes EdTech to own the learner experience end-to-end.

Experience: 3-6 years in EdTech operations, learning platform management, or online programme delivery

Role Overview

This is NOT a curriculum design role. We need someone who knows how an EdTech platform actually works — the nuts and bolts.

You will own the Academy's learning platform operations: course rollouts, learner onboarding, query resolution, platform troubleshooting, and the entire post-enrollment learner journey. You are the person a learner reaches when something isn't working — and you either fix it yourself or coordinate with the right person to get it fixed fast.
