Lead and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services.

Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to secure high-quality materials and services at competitive / budgeted / target prices.
3.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
4.
Manage supplier relationships to foster strong partnerships, negotiate favorable terms, and mitigate risks.

Technical Competencies

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualifications Must: B.
E.
(Mechanical) from Reputed Engineering College Desirable: Supply Chain Diploma or MBA Relevant Experience / Skills Must: - 12 Years of experience in Earth Moving Machinery, Heavy Industry, Aerospace & Defence (TATA employee from Composite not preferred), Automobile.
Desirable: - Minimum 3 years in Supply Chain of Defense Business.
- Industry: HAL, Bharat Forge, L&T;, Aerospace companies, Maruti, Ashok Leyland, TATA Motors, Hero Honda, TVS, Bajaj, Medium sized Aerospace component manufacturer.
