Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) who is eager to build a career in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, people-oriented, and willing to learn. This role offers exposure to end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and MIS reports.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and HR events.
- Coordinate with various departments for hiring and HR-related activities.
- Assist in attendance management, leave records, and other HR operations.




- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and dashboards using MS Excel.
- Ensure timely completion of HR documentation and compliance.
- Build positive employee relationships and act as a point of contact for basic HR queries.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.

Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA in Human Resources preferred.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from reputed institutions such as Chitkara University, Chandigarh University, CGC (Chandigarh Group of Colleges), or other recognized universities will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
