Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Create comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, approval processes, flows, reports, dashboards, and custom developments.
- Execute test cases and document test results.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality-related recommendations.
- Support release testing and deployment validation activities.
- Ensure compliance with established QA processes and best practices.
- Prepare test summary reports and provide regular project status updates.

Required Skills
- Solid experience in Salesforce testing.




- Good understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
- Experience in Manual Testing and Test Management.
- Expertise in Test Case Design and Execution.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Objects, Validation Rules, Workflows, Flows, Profiles, and Permission Sets.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
- Knowledge of API and Integration Testing.
- Exposure to Automation Testing tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Copado Robotic Testing.
- Salesforce certifications are an added advantage.
