Role Summary

The Technical Solution Leader - Medical Devices, AI & Hands-on Digital Engineering will support and lead client-facing solutioning, technical architecture, presales contributions, and AI-led engineering transformation initiatives for Medical Devices and Life Sciences clients.

The role is designed for a hands-on technology leader who can contribute directly to architecture, estimation, proof-of-concepts, technical deep-dives, reusable accelerators, and proposal content while also coordinating with account, delivery, domain, quality, and AI teams.

The individual will bring practical engineering experience across enterprise applications, database-driven platforms, laboratory systems, web technologies, customer management, project management, and delivery governance to shape differentiated and delivery-ready solutions for regulated medical-device environments.

Key Responsibilities

Solutioning & Presales Support




- Lead or contribute to solutioning for Medical Devices, Laboratory Information Management Systems, Digital Health, quality platforms, connected products, software engineering, V&V;, and sustaining engineering opportunities.
- Support RFPs, RFIs, capability presentations, proactive proposals, technical solution narratives, estimations, assumptions, delivery models, and staffing inputs.
- create reusable technical proposal content, reference architectures, solution templates, case-study narratives, and hands-on demos.

Hands-on Technical Leadership
- Provide practical architecture and design guidance across .NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript-based applications and integration-heavy enterprise systems.
- Contribute hands-on to prototypes, proof-of-concepts, technical spikes, data models, integration patterns, estimation baselines, and solution validation artifacts.
- Guide teams on maintainable architecture,
