We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, statutory compliance, recruitment, employee engagement, and training. The candidate should be able to handle end-to-end HR activities independently while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Manage statutory compliance.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and shift management.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate employee induction, training, and skill development programs.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Support performance management and employee appraisal processes.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, attendance, and compliance.




- Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and compliance documentation.
- Generate HR reports and MIS for management.
- Promote employee engagement and maintain a positive work culture.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations.
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of Indian labor laws.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee training.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
