Position:Manager Commercial

Role Summary

The Commercial Manager is responsible for managing all aspects ofthe department. He/shehas to drive the department in such a way that the production and other operations of the plant are appropriately supported. He/shehas to facilitate Audits in coordination with his own department and other departments.

Finance

1) Setting up and managing financial reporting and accounting processes i.e. monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, and bookkeeping.

2) Preparing and maintaining monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements i.e. balance sheet, P&L;, and cash flow statements.

3) Preparing business plans, projections, budgets, forecasts, and latest estimates.

4) Setting up a process for Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition. Managing audits, tax compliance (TDS, GST, IT), and banking-related activities.

Monitoring and reviewing of budget and communicating variance torespective cross-functional teams in close coordination with the Plant Head.

7) Perform cash management functions and oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash disbursements, payroll, and bank reconciliation functions. Keep a close watch on the receivables, and plan well to ensure business operations run smoothly.

8) To evaluate CAPEX proposal for recent projects.

Statutory Compliances & Audits

1) Responsible for financial-statutory compliances and audits.

2) Responsible for Commercial department audits and stock audits.

3) Ensure documents and records in ERP and manually should be maintained as per norms andregulations, meeting the requirements of various audits.

MIS Reports

1) Ensure timely submission of reports of aforesaid audits to the Plant head and Management Committee on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis.
