A person with experience of minimum years in Sales and
Marketing including channel sales, distributors sales, dealer sales, retailers
sales, etc.

He/She would need to create a plan for business development in new
emerging segments.

A technically sound professional with an analytical
approach and presentation skills.

This person has to achieve the assigned
Annual Operating Plan (AOP) from a customer perspective, take care of channel
management, enquiry generation, and key account development.

Define and execute
sales strategies to deliver targeted growth within the assigned region.

Lead
network expansion and sales promotionefforts by identifying and onboarding
channel partners in white spaces to drive incremental business. Analyze market
trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics to support go-to-market
planning, product launches, and development of current emerging business segments
Achieve the assigned AOP.

Understanding of Budgeting, forecasting, and
financial analysis related to sales (part of Financial Acumen competency).

Product Strategy:



Understanding and communicating the product vision and
strategy. Working closely with cross-functional teams including engineers,
designers, and Dealers to execute the product roadmap (Product Development). Take
care of channel management, enquiry generation, and key account development.
Identification, selection, nurturing, and handholding of the dealers for
increasing sale of Gensets.

Nurture relationships with existing channel
partners, providing them with support, training, conflict management and
resources to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.

Excellent communication and 'people skills'.

The ability to motivate and lead a
team (Good to have skill).
